Tom is a UK-based researcher, writer and photographer with a special interest in Azerbaijan, the South Caucasus, and the wider Eurasia region. Between 2014 and 2022 he was based in Baku, working as a magazine editor and content writer while travelling and photographing extensively in his spare time. He has a BA (Hons) in French and Russian from the University of Bristol and an MA in Photojournalism and Documentary Photography from the London College of Communication. He loves exploring new places, particularly through street and documentary photography, where he is drawn to striking light, colour and compelling everyday scenes.
